So I just noticed that my completely 64 bit system for some reason shows all applications as 32 bit which shouldn't be the case because these programs were all installed as 64 bit when I was on windows 7. I don't know if this is a big impact or not but it's really pissing me off, and windows support is a true **** joke.

Still have no idea why people upgrade to windows 10, I've seen 10+ threads open about people having problems with windows 10 in the past 3 days

64 bit systems can run both 64 and 32 bit applications. So it's really not an issue.

Most apps are 32 bit so I wouldn't worry about it, I have no apps on mine on windows 8 that are 64 bit

If it's not an issue could someone explain why they used to all be 64 bit apps before windows 10? I guess I'm confused why they all changed to 32 bit.

What apps are you talking about exactly ? Only time i've seen a 64bit option is in certain games and in apps like Adobe and Autodesk / Maxon C4D. But all 32bit apps work in 64 bit OS. So don't worry about it.

I don't understand how this could happen or why it would happen. For most programs, it's completely useless to be 64-bit instead of 32. Most programs don't need the extra speed when dealing with 64-bit integers, the extra registers, or the ability to address more memory than 32-bit allows. My guess is that you just didn't know the programs were 32-bit to begin with and that it didn't really matter.
