I moved away from home, leaving the USB with my skyrim loads on it at home, is it possible to load another players game files to my console via usb?

Yes it is possible, actually rather easy...

You would need to have a copy of the save to transfer over.
But if you have a save you can easily move it between consoles and even profiles.
