Hi i recently put up a build request and bought this new PC

On games like CSGO on lowest settings im only getting 35 FPS
is there a fix for this it also says 8.00 GB of Ram but only 3.94 USABLE
and i got an RMA on the motherboard but still not working ram is fine also
please Help +Rep for solution

the first thing I noticed was the 3.94gb usable. Is it a 32-bit OS you've installed instead of a 64-bit ? Because if thats the case then your PC can only use 4gb. Other than that I think the ram might be faulty ? Run Memory Diagnostics Tool and it should test this for you.

Try in the bios to backup your current config then load defaults.
Or In the BIOs under North Bridge Configuration enable Memory Hole Remapping, make sure it's enabled.

Is your monitor plugged into your GPU, not your Motherboard's I/O panel?

Well your motherboard bios is messing with the Ram. A.) it should be running all 8gbs unless you are on windows 32 bit. MAKE SURE you are on 64 bit.
B.) You are running at 665 mhz... it shoudldnt be that low. Either 1333, 1600, or higher depending on what you bought. Check your motherboard bios settings.
