100% chance at a million because then you are still a millin pound up whereas there is a chance you will walk away with nothing if you take the gamble

I'd take the million. That's 10-15 years of living covered if I needed it, but it would still go into savings and I would still work. The important thing about having a million dollars is keeping it in my opinion.

I would go with the 10% chance at 1 million dollars because that money could be invested right now and could pay for college, housing, and other things that will help me get on my feet and eventually financially stable.

A milli is decent amount of money but i would blow through it instantly and then be pissed that i gotta take my diamond teeth to work.

Thats a good point but would you rather not have the 1mil then you know you are definetly getting something?

As much as I would be tempted to go for the 50% chance of a billion, I'd have to go for the 100% of a million and invest it.
I'd feel sickened if I got nothing..
