I'll be playing it on Xbone but my little brother only has 360. Will it be out on that too or just One?

No, the BO3 beta is only available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.

Just for the Xbox one.. Just to let you know that BO3 on old gen wont be as good as xbox one cause a lot of stuff could not be played on xbox 360 this could not be a big deal for you but for example: if there are new guns added to the game for xbox one xbox 360 would not be able to have those guns due to lack of storage for the game etc. Just a note if your gonna buy the game on xbox 360.
