no because they are more responsible with the games cuz there a bigger company so dont bother unless either 1. u kno someone that works there or 2. u got a really cool employee that will do it for u

i dunno with black ops people are going to try but im just waiting i mean its only about 2 weeks left now but treyarch don't want there game sold earlier or leaked early so they might be taking extreme measures a good idea is the stores will have a meeting and tell employees not to release it early or something like that as with mw2 IW didn't care it was about the money from the get go after cod 4 so they didn't care if it was hacked leaked etc....
