Just another geezer who had my account perma-banned four years ago, I thought id boot up my old black ops disc on my new console this week and i really got back into zombies again, i would love to have the map packs back that i spent $50 on through my old account. and I do not fancy paying $50 dollars all over again to buy maps that are years old.

Im just wondering if it is indeed possible to recover dlc and games etc from perma banned accounts

I don't think it's possible, I have an account that was perma banned as well and getting the DLC/GoD games on there would be awesome.

Anything on a permanently banned account such as DLC or digitally downloaded games are gone for good.

Everything is gone for good unless its the same console. The license sticks with the console so any account can use them.
