It doesn't matter your current OS it is based on the specs of your computer.

The link Wasteland provided you will tell you if the specs of your computer can handle Windows 10.

If you still don't trust the link then post your computer's components and we will tell you if it'd be worth your time upgrading.

Microsoft only offered the free upgrade to Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 users. If you want to upgrade but dont have a link go to this link and download the media creation tool. It will allow you to install windows 10 so long as your computer is fast enough which im sure it is.
