I was just wondering if there were any consequences for modding to 10th prestiege. Not actually doing the mod but being in a modded lobby and getting to 10th prestiege. Has anyone been banned and or what is the likely hood of being banned?

If you HOST a modded lobby w/ J-tagged (of course) it's HIGHLY likely that you are going to be profile and/or console banned. If you get into a modded lobby and you get 10th prestige for example, they could run a search on how long people have been playing (Barracks > Leaderboards > Score > Time Played) then they could reset your account back to start, but, that is HIGHLY UNLIKELY seeing as how many people have a 10th prestige account now. So, if I were you and I wanted 10th prestige and you can get it (from a trusted source of course), then by all means, go ahead and get it :-P .

Hope that helped!

I know many people who have 10th prestige, they haven't heard of anyone getting banned. The only people I'd think to be at risk are the modders.

I know bacause I monitor the xbox forums. If you get tenth by modding, you get a 14 day ban. If you are the one that is modding, you get a console ban, thats why they need donations. They need keyvaults for the console.

There is a small chance of getting you account suspended for a couple of days. I got console banned because " The Pro " thought i knew how too do the mod.
