How much would you pay for this(If you were looking for a console) preowned:

Xbox One
Kinect
Day One Controller
All cables
Six games:
Destiny
AW
Halo MCC
Forza 5
BF4
GTA 5
COD Ghosts

everything is in good condition

I want your opinion, please.

No i would not.

Depending on the games the most i'd pay is $350-$400 but i am a tight ass.

No thats way overpriced in my opinion, what games they are and the condition of the games/console and stuff is important if you're even looking for that price.

Alright I was just looking at some deals cause I want to buy a console. The games are
AW
Halo MCC
Forza 5
BF4
GTA 5
Destiny
COD Ghosts

the console seems to be in good condition too.
