So you have about £350 for new CPU, mobo, GPU, and PSU? No point going with Sandy Bridge since you need a new mobo anyway.

950 is a good 1080p card. Performs almost on par with the 960 for less, and out-performs the 370 for a similar price. You'll want to add an SSD when you can.
