Typically on your SSD you have:

Your OS install
All/frequently used programs
Any games which have long load times, *Skyrim*

Basically anything you want to load faster, since the SSD is a whole lot quicker than a HDD.

I Have a 128GB SSD with my OS, Programs and Skyrim on
Then a 2TB WD Green with my Steam libary, Music, files etc..

^^^ What he said.

But you don't want to store any important files on SSD's, things like OS, games that can be replaced are fine, but important information that can't be recovered is better to store on a HDD as the electronic microcontrollers that store the data can only be written to a certain amount of times (albeit large) before the drive fails.
