Looks pretty good, not sure why you have 2 CPU coolers though and 16GB of RAM really isn't needed unless you do a crap ton of editing/rendering. If you didn't want to spend as much you could get a PC that will still suit your needs perfectly without shelling out money on Skylake. You could go with a 4690K and an MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition.

Why i7? Will you make use of it? Get a Fury instead of a 980Ti, but only if you're going to make proper use of it. If you're playing at 108pp, you're wasting money. H100i is shit, and the 212 EVO is a budget cooler, both poor options.

As for the video card, are you planning on gaming at 1080p, or a higher resolution? You wont need the extra horse power of the 980ti if you sticking with 1080p.

I'd also Get a different Powersupply you'll want the G2 Model from EVGA and I'd invest in a better case the S340 is way too bare bones for the hardware you're gonna be putting in it. I'd suggest H440 but it's got awful airflow, Enthoo Pro is a good choice and please Don't get a reference Design 980ti unless you like wind tunnels.

I'm currently going into Uni studying computing so I may need the i7. Also, I want to get into YouTubing and streaming etc

Unlock the cores on the Fury. You can easily add a 2nd Fury in Xfire at any point. Better cooler.
