It's impossible me and my friends tried bouncing it off walls for about 30 minutes and we hit our selfs lots of times. I even tired hardcore mode for the friendly fire to see if that was it and nothing. It is impossible to kill yourself with a throwing knife.

YES AND YES.
In Favela, go to the Barber Shop.
Pick the mirror farthest to the left (I think, just try all) and throw a knife at it.
It will ricochet (bounce back) and stab you in the face!

you can but i dont think it would really count but here it is anyways
if a car is on fire and if you throw a throwing knife at the car it will blow up and you will kill youself but if a car is on fire it will kill you anyways so...
