I have bought bo3 from the store so will the beta just start downloading at 12?

You should get a email with a code then you need to head over to call of duty website and make a account or log in to one you have set up and enter your code then when they roll out the beta code emails you will get 3 beta codes 1 for you and 2 for your friends !

I think they send a code to the email of your cod account

They send an email and you should receive the code then, If not they try contacting them and see if your XBOX account has a code that has been redeemed on it and if it does they will go head and give you the 3 codes for you.

You don't need a code this was from the call of duty website FAQ

You don't need one! Code redemption is not necessary for pre-purchases through the PlayStation Store, Xbox Live Store, or Steam. You are automatically validated to participate in the Call of Duty: Black Ops III Beta. When the Beta has opened, you will be able to download it immediately.
