I had my progress and all my DLC on my usb at home and I moved away, I don't want to start over so how do I load a skyrim save?

Did you bring your USB with you? If you did you just plugin your USB and your set. If not, maybe someone can ship you the USB or send you the file over email. If that doesn't work either you can always re-download the DLC over XBL and use a Skyrim game save editor to modify your character like getting your lvls back, gold, and armour, etc...
