The 2nd one. 10x better CPU thats about it... but dont get any of these build your own PC because most companies just give you crap parts (PSU, Motherboard, HDD) They cheap out on those so it looks like a good deal but its awful. Just build your own.

If anything just go to a PC shop, buy the parts from there, and then tell them to install them. They will charge a fee but yea. If you have a budget go post in the PC Building section... Tell them if you need a keyboard/mouse/monitor other peripherals!

Build your own.

Don't go near that shit on ebay, i can tell you from friends experiences that the people assembling the computers are donkeys.
I opened the PC up the HDD wasn't even mounted, the cables looked like a bowl of spaghetti, the overall build quality sucked.

Whats your budget and currency?
Whats the PC being used for?
You need an OS/KB/Mouse/monitor?
Wanting to overclock?

Building a PC is very easy just requires a little research.

The manuals that come with the components are easy to follow, some good YouTube tutorials and just generally the internet is a good place to start.

Like the other guys have said build your own. However if you want to go for one of those the CPU in the 2nd one is better. But in terms of gaming there won't be much of a difference.

its always best to build your own because its way cheaper and its personalized to your liking. However, the second PC is WAY better than the first one. Go with INTEL, amd is more for people who are on a budget and dont have a lot of money for a computer. intel is way stronger and out performing all of amd's processors.
