TBH, your PC is fine. The only thing I would add is a new GPU. A 970 should be fine.

Personally, Id upgrade the GPU, wait a year or 2 and then do a big upgrade of the CPU & motherboard & ram if DDR4 goes mainstream then.

390>970.

You have the budget for a Fury, if you wish;

You could add more storage if need be, or upgrade your cooler.

A 970 would be the wiser choice considering the power draw of both cards, if OP wishes to add another 390 in Xfire then he will need to upgrade his PSU whereas OP's PSU is more than capable of SLI 970's.

The 390 out-performs the GTX 970, that's a fact. The power draw is irrelevant. SLI GTX 970s will use 550W under full load, easily, excluding the rest of the components. Plus, SLI 970s make literally no sense. OP has the budget for a Fury which out-performs SLI 970s, so he could get that instead. The 390 is not an inefficient card, by any means, so stop acting like it is.

Lets keep it civil, or I will start giving bans for people who are bashing each other.

There will be opinions on what hardware is better, or brand preferences, but saying someone is full of shit or posting an image macro isn't the way to go. If you think something is better, then post information to back it up.

Just an FYI for everyone, I've posted proof of the 390 being better than the 970, several times in fact. However, users resort to flaming, spamming and their pathetic high school clique shit, and just downvote posts. I refuse to prove my point with facts every time when the people I'm proving wrong, are completely ignoring the proof.

I'm not being funny. and this is not flaming or anything. Just a point i'd like to make.

I've never said the 390 was a 'worse' card, my point of the card is the power draw. It's completely ridiculous. The FPS difference is minimal. Within 4-5FPS. And if in your mind that is worth 180W under load. Then feel free, get the 390.

But if, like me. You care about your power usage. I would ALWAYS opt in for the more power efficient card. The 970 rig pulls around 270W from the wall under full load. A 390 rig pulls around 450W.
