Could I get a background, banner, avatar and signature for TTG with the text 'Masa' in the same style as Dean but with a clipping mask over the text of [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ?

Can it say 'Put' in a clean af font and then just a clean af background, do what you want with it. Try to make the text gold but you can do it how you please:)
