Not sure if this is the correct place to post about my review/ experience with Evil controllers. If not please move to correct place.
This is my review/ experience with Evil Controllers.
This is a long reveiw, but please read through it. It's for your own benefit. Well where do I start. 1st let me say this is the worst company I have ever had business with. A true disappointment. So to my story. On 08/02/15 I paid for the send in service to have a mod chip put in mu scuf controller. That same day I emailed evil telling them I was sending in a scuf controller, this is after calling multiple times with no answer. The next day 08/03/15 I was emailed back stating to send in my controller along with any special notes. I mailed the controller 08/03/15 and it delivered on 08/06/15. on 08/20/15 I called to inquire about my controller, and no one answered my phone call, the call was returned later that day to tell me the CEO of the company had my controller and he would be working on it. I was told the process time was 5-11 days and they only had my controller for 10 days so they were still within the window of their processing time. On 08/21/15 I was left a message on my phone to call them in regards to my controller. I called and again no one answered my call. On 08/24/15 my call was returned to tell me that they could not do the mod to my scuf controller. That it would be sent back to me that day, and I would be refunded my money but the refund would not happen until Friday, as that is when they do refunds. Kinda of odd they expect payment immediately to do the work but take 5 days to refund the money. So on 08/28/15 I still have no controller or refund. Again I call with no one answering my call. Again later someone (Jason) returns my call. He tells me my controller should have shipped back to me on Monday when I talked to him last. He puts me on hold to find out where my controller is. When he returns he tells me they still have my controller, and that the tech working on it left for Paris and would not be back for 2-3 weeks... really some customer service there. I was told the CEO of the company had my controller to work on it, but he leaves for Paris and does not put it back together?? The CEO does not care about his customers and just leaves without satisfying his customer? I tell them I want my controller back, and I'm told it has been taken apart and no one at there company can put it back together. I again told them I want my controller shipped back to me even if it's in all apart. And to top it all off I'm told my refund would be put in but it will take 2-3 days for my refund. And now I will have to pay for my controller to be sent into scuf and put back together correctly, which Evil did not even offer to help with that. I will be filing complaints with the Az attorney general office, and paypal.
