Is the minigun specialist weapon OP?

the ability is OP but getting a gun fight from behind is hard to recover decoy is good too but takes too long to charge for me

i would rather prefer the weapon but the decoy is OP too people get too easily distracted so i prefer the weapon

The weapon is OP. It's a death machine on steroids, I rip through kids with it, takes long to charge though. So I might stick with rejack
