how to do i make a server on minecraft and is it free ive tried youtube tutorials and non have worked for me help !!!

You appear to have minimal knowledge of servers in general so I'm going to recommend you the easy way to setup your own server:

Buy hosting. Google something along the lines of, "Minecraft server hosting" and find yourself a company that will setup and manage the more technologically difficult end of it. Learn from there.

There are several hundred videos on youtube about this you shouldnt be posting here if they are already posted there.
