What do you use your rig for as 8GB is generally enough?

If you must have 16GB of RAM over 1600Mhz then this is what I would get. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

You have a choice of colours to match your rig as well.

Nice one man, And I use My rig For gaming and other everyday stuff, However i have money to waste and just feel like getting 16gb cos the price difference is like £20. Im going for Red Ram due to my mobo being red and black.

What motherboard do you have?
What's your budget for the ram?

Both are very slightly better than the other ram but imo both look better for next to no difference in cost

Just add another 8GB kit. No need to throw away the RAM you already have and buy a new kit. Plus, the speeds make minimal difference. In gaming, it will make no difference. Your motherboard is going to automatically set it to run at 1600MHz anyway.

That's not even true. RAM is RAM. They're not "better" at all.

Technically speaking you are wrong, not all ram is made equally. Also I said very slightly for a reason.

That motherboard can support higher speed memory it's classed as a overclock because it is, XMP is a overclock settings.
