FRAPS, this will not cause any lag in your video and will record whatever quality you need

You can use bandicam, it records and can output it to .mp4 or .avi

Download OBS. Best one out there, HD and no watermarks etc.

OBS works great for me, can record videos or stream.

I've been messing with it and can't seem to record video, i am getting sound but just a SC of the video i am trying to record..
suggestions?
