I was going to get 2007 BMW and everything was going fine until my parents told me I couldn't get it
No more because it's too much to get it fixed if something messes up. I have 13000 to spend. I don't want no bullshit car like a maximum or Jeep Grand Cherokee. Something that is impressive like a BMW. It just can't be foreign.

What is impressive to you, is not impressive to another. You're asking for our opinion what we think will make another individual's jaw drop to see a child driving. If you're going for the "import" look without the pricetag look at the newest Chrysler lineup and then go from the used inventory and what you can find.

As said above, impressiveness is in the eye of the beholder. Why do you need an impressive car? Compensating for something? Get a car that you can afford and that is good on gas mileage. You can buy a brand new 0 miles Ford Fiesta in your price range, you might be able to get a Focus too.
My brother bought a 2013 Mustang for 11,500. He thinks it's cool, I think it's a POS. We had a storm last night and he had to leave his car in a parking lot 45 minutes away because he couldn't get his car over the few limbs on the road. I'm a truck guy so I don't like cars. I also don't like leaving a car in a parking lot lol.
Honestly, your best bet is to be looking online, go to Craigslist see what people are selling, look up local dealer ships, see what they have. You might find a car like my brother did. You may find something that allready has a bunch of add ons and is a 1 out of none car.

Boy are you salty. Dont have to be a **** to us because you cant get a car a first driver shouldnt get anyways. Your parents are 100% correct. Youd be screwed within a month of owning it. First repair would be out of your budget.
