Last time this happened the glitch was up in a week or two. we can assume the same thing unless ea dont rectify their servers as less people are playing it and fifa 16 is only getting closer

A week or two FIFA 16 will be out tho. Then it won't work full stop

I haven't tried in a couple of weeks but if people are saying you still get Messi and the kits, it is 100% not patched. We've had this problem before where you couldn't get the points and it's a problem from Microsoft's end. The glitch won't be patched but the offer ends on 22nd September I believe, and that's when it will actually stop working.

Working fine for me, whether it will work on fifa 16, I doubt it.
