No your eyes are not deceiving you New England fans. Tom Brady the elite NFL Quarterback has been cleared of his 4 game suspension that would've been active a next week. Judge Richard Berman found there was a insufficient amount of evidence that would point towards Tom Brady or the Patriots staff knowing that game balls would be altered going into the AFC Championship game against the Colts.
Robert Kraft, CEO and Chairman for the team had this to say about the matter.
Even though Judge Berman found Tom Brady and the New England Patriots innocent of the claims, Roger Goodell the NFL Commissioner who originally dealt out the suspension said after the decision he and the league would appeal the decision.
However this plays out the confidence the public once had in Goodell is slowly thinning. People are arguing that his ability to be Judge, Jury and Executioner is too much power for one man. Other suspensions handed out by him include the 16 game suspension he gave Josh Gordon (Cleveland Brown's Wide Receiver) for being caught with Marijuana in his system. Even more notably he suspended Ray Rice (Former-Baltimore Raven's Running Back) a 2 game suspension for being caught on video, punching his wife unconscious in a elevator earlier last season.

"As I have said during this process and throughout his Patriots career, Tom Brady is a classy person of the highest integrity. He represents everything that is great about this game and this league. Yet, with absolutely no evidence of any actions of wrongdoing by Tom in the Wells report, the lawyers at the league still insisted on imposing and defending unwarranted and unprecedented discipline. Judge Richard Berman understood this and we are greatly appreciative of his thoughtful decision that was delivered today. Now, we can return our focus to the game on the field."

"We are grateful to Judge Berman for hearing this matter, but respectfully disagree with today's decision. We will appeal today's ruling in order to uphold the collectively bargained responsibility to protect the integrity of the game," Goodell wrote in explaining his decision to appeal.

It isn't perfect but it is a step. My interest in writing articles revolving around the NFL Has been growing so occasionally I'll be putting out my own piece's on current NFL Matters. So criticism is welcomed.
As a Green Bay fan I'm glad his suspension was lifted. It was ridiculous to begin with let alone going to court over it. The Patriots aren't angels but by no means did the suspension scale fairly considering other events in the NFL.
