I have had no issues with my PS4 since launch date as I've had my PS4 since day 1. Haven't heard any issues about them so you could buy used. I think you can even buy warranty from store after buying from someone else (not 100% sure, you would need to double check into that).

Its a risk. You know it better than anyone else. We don't know the wallet. I would only recommend getting a warranty wherever you get it from.

ps4 is better then the one cause no stpuid bs bans for no reason barely any kids(youll get some here and there) the games look and play better on ps4 not even lying and the psonly games or free games are fun

I suggest new, the one I currently have, ( I had one at launch but sold it) well the fans seem to be really loud, more loud than my first one. It works and all but its really loud so I suggest you get a new one. They are usually pretty quiet.

buy used always cheaper then you could buy more games but if you do buy used test it at his house.

If you can use the used one before you buy it and it works fine by all means go for it. Although as stated before there's always a risk with it. Just go with what you're more comfortable with, financially that is.

Used consoles are absolute fine and they wouldn't be sold if they were complete rubbish so go for it.
