I stream to twitch and well i want to give away the Digital Edition of TTk how could i obtain a Digital Code to giveaway to my audience so they can win it ?? if you know how i could please tell me i don't want to obtain there info to be able to give it them but i don't want to buy a physical copy because then they will have to wait for it in the mail the whole point is so my viewer can play it ASAP.

You can go to wager ever you buy your games from and buy a code from them and do it that ways or you can give the viewer money to buy the taken king and what is your twitch channel

They only sell the collector's edition as digital.

The best Solution would be as mentioned above. To purchase a Code worth the ammount in PSN wallet OR Cash for XBL. The issue you may have is that by doing so you are kinda locked to your native region, so if your in the UK it might be hard to purchase wallet/currecny for the US and vica versa.
