Tbh, if you're good at Football and can go far with it.. who cares if you don't like it, I knew a FB player who grew up in my town, played High school football, got really good and played for the Ravens and some other team, made bank and then quit and pursued what he loved.

I think you got enough info here, but I'll pitch in.

NEVER tell anyone what you want. Remember, people can read your mind so if yo tell them what you want, you will just piss them off and get no where. If for some reason they are stupid and can't read your mind, give hints. Get a shirt like this:

But no, seriously, if you don't want to do football, tell them. If they make you, drag ass until you get kicked off the team.

If you don't like it you shouldn't do it, talk to them and explain to them that it isn't the right thing to do. If they still make you do it after you talk to them then im sorry but you have bad parents

Tell them you want to quit and the reasons why. Honesty is the best way to deal with this.

Also prove to them you still want to be active and not sit around all day playing Xbox.

Adaptable wrote Hello my name is Luke, I'm 14 and I come from along line of football players. Ever since I was born I've had a natural body for football I'm 14 and 5'9 1/2 and 180 and I have very good strength. In 7th grade my parents wanted me to play football so I gave it a try everyday was horrible seeing all my friends getting on buses leaving all happy then here am I putting on my gear to go play a sport that I do not love. After those horrible 2-3 months I've came to the conclusion this isn't for me. Now school starts tomorrow and the football season starts soon for my school this week and I need a way to tell them I don't want to play they just say I just want to play games and be lazy and I need to be active. Even know there are 100's of ways to be active besides football. I really need some help to figure out what to say. So comment down below and yeah cya..........
Sorry for any grammar/spelling mistakes i'm rushed atm.
Don't let anyone force you to do anything you don't want to!

Well, honesty is the best policy, that being said, you should be honest with them because they're your parents.

Little edit,
We went 6-0 this season, I was apart of the team for 2 years now we went undefeated for all the seasons. I have been thinking about JV but I don't think I'll enjoy it I've had a bad experience with football I've grown to almost 5'11 and gained some muscle mass it's like I should play football but it's just not in me but thanks for all the comments. Have a good day
