yeah i can get the rgb its just how bright and glowy it is while still have the clean feel

You use a plugin for Photoshop called Magic Bullet PhotoLooks. Once you have that you go to "Anamorphic Flare" and "Haze/Flare".

Instead of watching tutorials you could simply just download
Magic Bullet which gives you the effect and all you have
to do is play around with the colours and the setting <3

How to get magic Bullet:
1. Go to Google
2. type in magic bullet extension for photoshop
3. download <3
