Nope Fallout 4 has been confirmed to not be coming to last generation. Only PC, Xbox One, And PS4. Great time to buy a new console!

I feel like you should get both eventually, as they both have great exclusives that you would hate to miss. I have a Xbox One, but currently wish i had A P4 just to play "Until Dawn" and get some exclusive DLC that's only on P4. Hope this helped.
