I don't remember If I already made a post about this, but anyways..

Budget: $300-$400
Do you need a monitor? No
Do you need a keyboard? No
Do you need a mouse? No
Do you need an operating system? Gonna get from G2A

What will you use the PC for?
Well, this PC is going to be for my Dad, he literally uses his dinosaur Windows XP PC for emails, researching/surfing the web & watching Youtube videos.
He ALWAYS complains about it being slow so if you can, please have at least a small SSD as a boot drive.
I just want something so he'll stop complaining about it taking forever for load, ect. He doesn't need a Full Tower case, or even a Mid Tower, a Micro ATX or Mini ITX would be just fine.
IF possilbe include a case that has an optical drive slot because he still uses CDs.. -_-

Thanks in advance!

Can grab a 1TB HDD as well, or get a larger SSD if you want.
