I find him way to strong in laning phase with his adc but i find he falls of late.

IMO, Tahm Kench is a very effective tank compared to the tank bunch. He's one of those champions that pushes you to the verge of ragequitting. I agree with ME0W that he's pretty annoying because you have to kill him twice because of his Thick Skin ability.

It saves him on plenty of occasions which is why people hate him either that or when he eates you and takes a ton of health due to %health

His shield ability needs less scaling imo, I played against a Tahm Kench as Riven top a few games ago and 34 mins into the game he had 5,200 health which is a hell of a lot of health. I used all of my kit on him as a fed riven and got him down to 400 health and he popped his shield effectively giving him another 4-5k health.

I got the kill in the end but it was insanely hard and I nearly died to a support as a fed Riven which is terrible. The fact is, if you build pure health you can essentially have 10k health because of that shield and that is quite dumb.
