ok so i hope on xbox live and xbox.com so see whats up and all of a sudden xbl is half english and half japanese but on xbox.ca it goes english till i sign in then bam back to unreadable jp so they got hacked or something thats the same with my console

I don't know if your problem was solved but make sure the language is English.

everything by default set to english console pc and all my mobile devices they all stay half english but when i try to log in it turns to japanese then stays like that when i start a game on console everything goes to english but when i just sit in a party or be afc everythings in japanese not sure if im the only one but im going to try and contact them and see if my friends have the issue too, anyways thanks for the help

Both xbox.com and the xbox console are working perfectly fine so its probably just you
