If I was getting this I would black the car out Matte black with black windows and those black rims with white brake pads would look sick as F*ck, it looks sick now just dont like the bonet scoop I wouldent mind having it though

Yeah, because everyone loves looking like they're driving an undercover cop car.
Assuming you're not in an area where they're typical, they're the standard police cruiser in a lot of areas in the states.

So you don't go buying one of those in black unless you want every person around you to slam their brakes and drive 5 mph under the speed limit.

Yeah I understand but here in the UK you would be lucky to even see a car like this. But id have any car all black just how I like cars.
