hello there i have been trying to sli 2 cards witch are the following:
Gtx 670 2gb zotac
Gtx 670 4gb asus

i have plugged both cards into the computer (in the correct ports)
i have added an sli bridge. (evan thought it was faulty so changed it)

went to geforce control panel, sli configuration option is not there.

someone told me its because geforce stopped support for sli with different sized vrams.

was wondering if this is infact the issue or wether i was doing something wrong.

have tried coolbits patch and it never worked.

full specs are
CPU:Amd 8350
RAM:16gb corsair 1600mhz
PSU:Corsair RM850
MOBO:Gigabyte GA-990fxa-ud3
GPU:Gtx 670 4gb asus (looking to SLI)
OS:Windows 10 64Bit

Driver version:
355.82

Have you updated both cards to the latest driver? I think i had the same problem, but they were on different driver versions. Also make sure all windows updates are done (it may not change things, but it's worth a shot) Are both of the cards showing up in device manager??

VRAM doesn't scale, so it can't be that. But it must be down to the core architecture, download GPU-Z and see what the architecture tab says.

If it's the same, then they will be compatible.

both cards show up in driver manager: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

i have taken the cards out and put them in one by one, and updated the drivers to the latest version.

my windows is indeed upto date.
my geforce and my GPU drivers are upto date.

here is my geforce specs it shows both cards here too: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

i have looked on GPUZ and the only difference that might make an issue in my opinion is the bios versions are different.

here is the asus card 4gb:

here is the Zotac card 2gb:

EDIT:here is a picture of nvidia control panel showing sli configuration not showing:

NVidia states that cards with different VRAM capacities can not be run in SLI. Something to do with the VRAM not being able to mirror properly or something.

Make sure you check that you have it plugged into the actual graphics card and not the default intel HD
