No. Fairly low-end APU, won't be doing much on that. Stuff like Minecraft and what not will be easy, obviously, but not more demanding games.

Nope as it's a pre-build, it's more than likely using a APU which wont be running DayZ very well.
Considering this is the "PC Building" section, are you willing to build your own PC?

It depends on how much you want to spend on a PC, if you build your own PC you'll get better performance for your money than what you would get with a typical pre-build on Amazon.
