Okay so in 2 weeks, im going to be building a computer.
I've already looked at some specs, but im just wondering what you guys think will be the best for my purpose.
Purpose
Streaming / Gaming in Ultra at 60fps+ in 1080p
Video Editing / Rendering in 1080p
Budget
My maximum spend is £800 GBP (This is around $1200 dollars)
Specific Requirements
No Overclocking
No Operating System
No Extras (E.G Keyboard/Mouse/Monitor)
No Water-Cooling suggestions :/
Just a system.
As i said i looked at some stuff just wanted to see what you guys thought would be best! Thanks all

honestly I think you're pushing your budget too low, my system runs everything on ultra but I paid $2,000 for it

I honestly don't think so. The build i was looking at is a i5-4690K , 16GB RAM & GTX 970 4GB Graphics Card for just over £800 , unless your PC has a Titan X in it, i struggle to understand how you spent $2k on it.
Also, thanks for both of your replies so far.

Considering you will be editing & streaming...
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
1230v3, 16GB for editing & streaming, no SSD however you have room to add another 390 in XFire in the future is you wish.

Pretty much the same build however only 8GB of RAM but includes a SSD for OS and programs which take ages to load like editing programs.

A 2000k build should get you maxxing 1440p and some 4k gaming
Even an $800 build will max just about every game 1080p to be honest.
Adding a Xeon will do better in streaming which is why his budget is a little higher

Assuming you may upgrade to an overclock able intel cpu I gave you a z97 board. A 212 evo willdo jst fine cooling this cpu until you want water cooling or something
That CPU is not worth it over a 4460. 212 EVO will not keep it cool, anyways. Terrible build in all.
OP: Go with Seba's build. May be one of the best he has ever built

That's not true. If stock coolers keep CPU's cool, of course a 212 EVO will too. 212 EVO is good for it's price, but I'd get a Be Quiet! Pure Rock instead. Similar performance and the Pure Rock looks nicer IMO.
