Will changing location on Xbox One work to get the game a few days earlier because I know it comes out on the 21st in some countries but not until the 25th in UK & Ireland ?

If I change my location to US on Xbox One will I be able to play it on the 22nd ? worked last year but haven't seen much about it this year

You have to change your region to US then buy it. It doesn't matter if it is a UK account.
