The more VRAM wont make a significant difference in games.

OP: Either one is fine. If you want you can get the 4gb, but they will both perform similarly

Basically Same performance. Get either one. If your budget allows for the 4gb I highly suggest that one. Some games now a days take advantage of it.
The 2gb will do just fine though

I highly suggest you to go with the MSI R9 390.

It is more than $100+ more than the R9 380. Why suggest that? The 380 is a solid card, while the 390 is aimed at higher resolutions.

The 4GB Nitro is better, but barely. Not enough to justify the extra $15 IMO, unless the money is burning a hole in your pocket.
