I have tried to enter several different disks and they are all unrecognizable if you guys could help me out that would be awesome.

Wel... are the disks scratched? Does the xbox read any disks? (you need to try more than just 'several')

Sounds to me you have a faulty laser.

You know my disc drive did that eventually the drive gave out completely. Forced to buy things off the marketplace. If your console is still under warranty, I'd suggest that you send it to Microsoft for repairs.

Or if its not in warranty anymore you could just try replacing the laser.
It only costs around £2 for a new laser and you can replace it easy in around 10mins, you don't even have to solder or desolder anything. (If you get a laser with the static point already removed.)
Saves paying for Microsoft's overpriced services and waiting to get your console back.
