It will not let me use FaceTime or iMessage at all it says a error has occurred during activation idk what to do plz help

You can try this:
iMessage:
1.) Go into Settings
2.) Click "iMessage"
3.) Make sure iMessage is enabled
4.) Verify your send and receive information
5.) Restart your iDevice
Facetime:
1.) Go into Settings
2.) Click "FaceTime"
4.) Make sure it's configured with your apple ID and/or phone number
5.) Restart your iDevice

It'll be under iMessage. It says "Send & Receive" - Click and it'll give you the option to use your phone number or email to send texts from and receive texts from.
