Its a question that gets asked a lot and I personally think that he never will. He's a player that has the potential to one of the best in the world, but with his lack of motivation and constant laziness on the pitch, I feel it is too late for him to really prove himself.
He's had numerous opportunities for many big clubs like Inter Milan, AC Milan and Liverpool but has never gone on to prove himself.
To me he is more of a joker than a footballer. You hear more about stuff that he does of the pitch than he does on it, which for a footballer is not particularly good especially considering the stuff you hear tends to be about him crashing his car, setting fireworks off in his home etc.

He had potential and still does, but he does not put in full effort. You remember more about the stupid things Balotelli has done like lighting fireworks in his bathroom or him not being able to put on a training kit, or whatever they are called, by himself. He can be a great player eventually but I do not see him ever reaching that potential.

He could be very good he just so lazy and looks like he can't be bothered then tells people we don't know his life but thats not the point he needs to show he's keen to score goals and actually try.

He already has fulfilled his potential, He's like a player in reverse, he had his best years at a younger age and now is getting worse..
However having said that i watched the Milan derby on the weekend and he looked better than he ever did at Liverpool and he came on as a sub

I think he could, Milan is keen on keeping tabs on him; and getting him to stop smoking/drinking. They want his focus on football because they see the potential

Yeah but that seems to be the case at every team he goes to and the result seems to be the same every time.
