Some of my xboxlive friends are saying they have some stores that might get the game in sometime next friday (Oct. 29th) Anyone believe we will see a leak by then?

Ummm nooo. It takes awhile to get a new freeboot when a new dash comes out. If you have a jtag you know nothing
