i have pre ordered fifa 16 of the PSN store, it says im able to download it on the 21'st but not play till the 24th if i just make an american PSN account and change my psn region and my dns all to american will i be able to play it on the 21st/22nd?

No, if you created a new account, with the US as your region then it would work.
