this guy on ebay in the description says if you buy that he will tell you^ and that its 100% legit.

DO NOT BUY it by the way this is not me who is selling this, im just wondering if anyone already knows how to do it

Ye change to brazil on your console
and go on fifa 15 and buy 12k fifa points its half price
then go on ea live support and ask them to transfer it to fifa 16.
