Just bought Garry's Mod off of Steam. However, when my bud and I try to make our own server with just the 2 of us. It says server connection not there or can't join. Point being we can't create a server just for us. Are there any fixes for this?

Had this problem you half to open all of your ports witch ever one is hosting!

Ah, so some portfowarding is needed. Is that all? No Hamachi or anything else?

Too create a server for your friend and yourself, I am guessing your just doing sandbox.

You will need steamCMD and port forwarding. There are MANY tutorials on youtube
