I work with salt water with my hands wet for around 6 hours everyday, I have noticed that there are noticeable cracks on my hands that won't go away. I just figured that it might go away with time, but I just wanted other's opinions.

I can't stand putting lotion on my hands, same with using sunblock.

I use non-waterproof gloves.

Using non waterproof gloves when working with water isn't exactly logical. You have one of two options, that is to wear protective gloves, or moisturize, else your skin will be badly effected because they are drying out.

Either suck it up and get dry hands or use moisturizer.
