Yes, you would be able to play those games on lowish settings.

Should be able to play all of the above at medium at least, I had a 270X get 60FPS on GTA V medium settings at 1080P
Also Mad Max does take a bit to run but i'm sure with AA off it will be able to run on medium/high even.

Low settings is not even remotely true. 380 is a great card for 1080p, high settings on AAA titles at 1080p.
